Approach
Helen is a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience as a therapist, supervisor, and trainer. Helen brings personal qualities of warmth and compassion, along with the ability to tailor her approach to help clients achieve their unique life goals. Helen utilises a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches in her work including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. She is also trained in Mindfulness Meditation.
Helen brings extensive experience to her private practice, having also worked with adults and older adolescents in a variety of therapeutic settings including university counselling, community and crisis mental health services, and vocational rehabilitation. Helen has a special interest in assisting people experiencing grief and loss, and those navigating major life transitions. She also enjoys supervising early-career psychologists.

Approach
With over 25 years’ experience as a psychologist, Winifred has worked with people from a diversity of cultural backgrounds and experiences.
Winifred works collaboratively to create a safe, respectful environment in which clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop insight, recognise strengths, improve their relationships and achieve positive change enabling them to be their best selves.
Her work is informed by a broad range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy, in order to assess what is most suited to each individual. Winifred works both short term and long term depending on the individual needs. She is trained in Mindfulness Meditation.
She works primarily with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, loss and life transitions. Prior to training as a psychologist, Winifred worked as a nurse, midwife and sexual-health counsellor, developing an expertise in perinatal issues.

Approach
A registered psychologist for over 25 years, Suzanne was manager of the Counselling Service at Monash University, Caulfield campus for over 15 years before moving to private practice.
Suzanne has a particular interest in Positive Psychology. She believes that people can be happier and more satisfied with life by changing attitudes and habits and acquiring tools and strategies to reach greater fulfilment. She is experienced in using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and is able to use a combination of therapeutic styles as appropriate. Suzanne has worked extensively with adults, older adolescents and couples. Her approach is humanistic, drawing on many years of training and experience.
